If you have NOT gotten your patterns within 24 hours from having your payment processed, PLEASE let us know. It seems that in some cases, the patterns are being sent to 'junk' and 'bulk' folders. We don't know if you've gotten your patterns or not, once they are sent, unless you let us know. In most cases, excluding money orders or personal checks, people get their patterns within an hour or 2 from clearing through paypal. You can email us at: schaefer_design_studio@yahoo.com with any reports of patterns that you did not get. Also, please keep a copy of your invoice. If ever you need to request another copy of a pattern, we need that in order to send a replacement.

All patterns are copyrighted and are "protected designs" copyright 2006, 2007, 2008 by Sue Schaefer and all rights reserved. All sales are final and there are no refunds given. We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of these instructions. We cannot, however, be responsible for human error, typographical mistakes, or variations in individual work. There may be an occasion where human mistake is revealed through more stitchers stitching the pattern. When purchasing a pattern you are buying the rights to make the pattern, not the pattern itself. Owner, while not able to copyright the stitches of these designs, does copyright the way the patterns were designed, meaning the border and framework of those containing such. Copying this idea is against copyright law. Registration for copyrights of my designs has been approved and is on file with the US Library of Congress in the Copyright Office, Washington, D.C.
